Privacy policy
Learn what information your browser and external services process, what is saved on your device, and how to manage it.
1. Information collected and processed
No account is required. Inputs for calculations, conversions, text comparisons, QR generation, random choices and scheduling are processed in your browser, rather than sent to an operator server or AI service. Copying or downloading can leave results in your clipboard or device files. Site access and email inquiries involve separate information handling, as described below.
2. Information saved in your browser
Your device may store language and theme preferences; PickSpin participant names, order, weights and display settings; and BracketArena participant lists, tournament titles, setup drafts, match results, progress and Undo history. Invalid participant or tournament records may remain locally for recovery. TimeFlow stores alarm hours, minutes, notes, repeat and sound choices, enabled status, next scheduled times and time zones. Records remain in browser site storage and are not automatically synchronized across devices.
3. Hosting, security and external services
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Cloudflare may process or log IP addresses, requested URLs, browser and network information for delivery and security. Loading fonts from Google Fonts may share your IP address and browser request information with Google. These connections are separate from sending tool inputs. External providers handle information under their own policies.
4. Email inquiries and retention
Contact emails are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Gmail inbox. Your sender address, message and attachments are used to review and respond to your inquiry and may remain in the receiving mailbox. Do not send passwords, authentication details or unnecessary personal information. You can request deletion of your inquiry by email.
5. Managing and deleting your information
To remove all saved records, delete site data for creamtools.com in your browser settings. This also removes recovery records and preferences and cannot be undone. Deleting a TimeFlow alarm removes that alarm. Resetting BracketArena match results alone does not delete all participant or recovery records. Manage copied or downloaded results separately in your clipboard and saved files.
6. Advertising, analytics and policy changes
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google AdSense or affiliate tracking, and the app does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosting and security processing is separate. Before introducing advertising, analytics or affiliate services, we will revise this policy for the actual processing and prepare the necessary notices and consent procedures. Changes in information handling will be reflected on this page.
